The Mittal Group already has a strong presence in refractory manufacturing through its two established units, Sharda Refractories in Katni and Ambaji Refractories in Morbi. Both facilities operate under exclusive manufacturing agreements, reflecting the Group’s longstanding expertise and capabilities in this sector.
This acquisition represents a strategic forward integration initiative, enabling the Mittal Group to expand its business horizon, strengthen its value chain, and enhance its ability to serve a broader range of industries with high-quality refractory solutions.
